The residence
A residence of character
The architectural heritage of Luchon still keeps many testimonies of the Second Empire, when the town was transformed and its reputation consecrated by Empress Eugénie.
The Residence Le Grand Hôtel is part of this heritage. It originally was a four-star hotel which attracted the most illustrious figures from the political, literary ou artistic community as early as the mid-19th century.
In 1993, while preserving its pretty facade, it was converted into a luxury residence, with lift.
A stay at the Residence Le Grand Hôtel now enables you to combine the charm of a beautiful building of the Second Empire and the comfort of a renovated apartment.
A residence in the heart of the town
The Residence Le Grand Hôtel is ideally located at the heart of the town, on the prestigious Allée d'Etigny, 100 meters from the thermal baths and 300 meters from the car cables.
This 800 meters long street was built by Baron d'Etigny in 1765 and planted of lime trees. It is the epicenter of the town with many cafes and restaurants, small grocery and clothes trades, bookstores, newsagent, etc..
Nearby too: market, casino, cinema, nightclub, etc..
A secure residence
The Residence Le Grand Hôtel is secured by automatic gates (remote control and intercom).
A parking space in basement is reserved for the tenants of the apartment.
