Rates, schedule, booking conditions

 
A 10% discount is applicable to the above rates for any stay of 2 consecutive weeks.

Special rates:

Prices include all charges (including water + electricity, including heating if necessary).

Rates do not include:
- end-of-stay cleaning, which must be provided by the tenant,
- sheets, linens, and towels,
- tourist tax, which is payable in addition: €1.23 per night per person (persons under 18 are exempt). For more information, visit the Pyrénées Haut Garonnaises Community of Communes tourist tax platform.

Housekeeping is available upon request.
Bed linen and towels are available for rental from the COLOQUINTE store – 20 allées d’Etigny – 31110 Luchon – Tel. +33 (0)5 62 00 12 29 – Website: https://coloquinte-ameublement-jouet.com/ - We recommend booking linen rentals before your arrival.

The availability schedule can be viewed in the "Reservation" module, accessible at the top of the page or directly on http://grandhotel-location-luchon.e-monsite.com/reservation/.

• Reservation and Payment Terms:

As soon as you inform me that you are interested in renting the apartment, I will send you a contract:
- either by mail, in duplicate, and I invite you to return one signed and accompanied by a check for 25% of the cost of your stay as a deposit;
- or by email, and I invite you to return it signed and make a bank transfer via WERO (accessible via your banking app) for 25% of the cost of your stay as a deposit.
Your reservation will then become effective.

I then invite you to pay the balance and the tourist tax 8 days before your arrival:
- either by mail, with a check;
- or by bank transfer via WERO (accessible via your banking app).
